About Bernard Bangley:

Jonathan Edwards (1703-1758), considered by many to be one of the greatest preachers and churchmen in American history, was born in East Windsor, Connecticut into a family with a long tradition of ministry. More than two centuries after his death, Edwards is remembered as a fine preacher and an adamant defender of Calvinist theology. Bernard Bangley, editor, received a B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College and an M.Div. from Union Theological Seminary. During his years as a Presbyterian minister, Rev. Bangley authored and edited a large number of books, including Christian Classics in Modern English, Getting Along When You Feel Like Getting Even, Authentic Devotion, Rooted in Faith: Meditations from the Reformers, and Radiance. Rev. Bangley lives in Lexington, Virginia.
